Rich and Joan welcome any farmers who want to 'dump' orders on them. 

They also welcome any farmers who wish the store location to 'peddle' excess produce. 

The USDA processing facility could also handle processing excess produce into freezer paks - fruit sauces, dice size cut up, blanched or partially cooked vegetables.
