We will come to your party, set up the grill, supervise the pig and cut it up for serving, all while you enjoy your guests.    Or, you can rent the cooker and we will instruct you on how to do it yourself.  Figure about one pound of meat per guest for ordering a specialty butchered pig.  Call today for details and to reserve your date!

     What pieces will I get when I order a whole or half animal?  We will butcher the meat according to your explicit instructions - roasts, chops, ground, etc.,  Please click and print out the cut sheet.  Note the chart explaining the various named cuts of meat.  Then fax the cut sheet back to us and we will follow your directions.
